I want to buy a product! How do I do it?
You must click on "Buy" when you see the product that you like and we will ask you for some information in order to send it to your home. You should enter your address, a payment method and... you're all set! You will receive it in 2-4 business days. Shipping is free.
I received the product and I'm not sure I want it. Can I change it?
Of course. You have 14 days to change your mind. Write to us at info@shopfaro.es with your order number and reason for returning the product. When we receive the product, it should of course be in its original packaging and have no defects.
What do I do if the product I bought is faulty?
We are here to help. Write to us at info@shopfaro.es with all the details of the fault and your order number. If you can, send us photos or videos to help us detect the problem.
